Công ty Hàn Quốc vừa có một tuần bận rộn với hàng loạt sản phẩm ra mắt trước thềm MWC. Bắt đầu với chiếc smartphone ngoại cỡ Optimous Vu 5 inch nhằm cạnh tranh với Samsung Galaxy Note. Điểm độc đáo của sản phẩm là màn hình máy dùng tỉ lệ 4:3 cho hình dáng vuông vức. Tuy nhiên, chính điểm này lại khiến nhiều người lo ngại smartphone này không tiện dụng để cầm nắm. Màn hình Optimous Vu có màn hình độ phân giải 1024 x 768 pixel được trang bị chip lõi kép Snapdragon MSM8660 1,5 GHz, camera 8 MP.

Được công bố muộn hơn nhưng Optimus 4X HD lại là smartphone rất đáng chú ý của LG với cấu hình khủng. Máy dùng chip 4 lõi Tegra 3 tốc độ 1,5 GHz. Máy dùng màn hình True IPS 4,7 inch cho góc nhìn rộng. Dung lượng pin cũng rất lớn với 2.150 mAh, camera chụp ảnh 8 MP và chạy Android 4.0.

Bộ đôi smartphone 3D không cần kính gồm Optimus 3D Cube và Optimus 3D Max mới của LG là hậu duệ của Optimus 3D. Optimus 3D Cube có thiết kế mỏng hơn, chỉ 9,6 mm (so với 11, 9 mm), pin dung lượng lớn hơn, tốc độ chip 1,2 GHz, 16 GB bộ nhớ. Máy dùng màn hình IPS 4,3 inch phân giải 800 x 480 pixel, máy ảnh 5 MP. Mẫu 3D Max cấu hình khá giống 3D Cube ngoại trừ màn hình LCD của máy là loại LCD thường.

Trước đó, LG công bố ba smartphone dòng Optimous L gồm Optimus L3, L5 và L7. Mẫu L3 có màn hình 3,2 inch, độ phân giải 240 x 320 pixel, chạy Android 2.3, máy ảnh 3 MP, pin dung lượng 1.500 mAh. L5 sở hữu màn hình lớn hơn L3 với 4 inch và cài sẵn Android 4.0. Mẫu L7 chạy Android 4.0 với màn hình 4,3 inch với công nghệ cải tiến cho việc đọc tài liệu.
