Thiết bị cảm ứng chuyển động của Microsoft vẫn đang được giới công nghệ nghiên cứu nhiệt tình như khi nó mới xuất hiện. Trong một video mới đây, anh chàng Mike đã giới thiệu về hệ thống đèn điện ở ngôi nhà của mình với sự trợ giúp từ Kinect.


Theo Mike, camera Kinect được đặt tại một góc phòng, nhằm mở rộng góc độ ghi hình lên cao nhất, từ đó kiểm soát được những chuyển động trong căn nhà. Sau đó, nó được kết nối với máy tính và hệ thống đèn điện trong các phòng.


Như đã thấy trong clip, mỗi khi anh chàng đi qua đâu thì đèn khu vực đó sẽ tự động tắt và ngược lại. Có thể nói những gì Kinect làm được hơn đứt những camera hồng ngoại đang được sử dụng với chức năng tương tự.
