Cuộc chiến benchmark đã có chủ nhân mới: Huawei Ascend D Quad XL.

Benchmark vốn không phải lúc nào cũng đúng với hiệu suất hoạt động trong thực tế, bởi lẽ phần mềm cần được tối ưu hóa để hoạt động. Nhưng chắc chắn một kết quả benchmark cao cũng giúp cho nhiều người cảm thấy thỏa mãn khi cho rằng các thiết bị của họ là tốt nhất. Và trong cuộc chiến ấy, có vẻ như chúng ta đã tìm ra chủ nhân mới cho vị trí đầu bảng: Huawei Ascend D Quad XL.


Chiếc smartphone Ascend D Quad sử dụng một vi xử lí độc quyền, là vi xử lí lõi tứ K3V2 do chính Huawei phát triển, chạy với tốc độ 1,5 GHz với một GPU 16 nhân. Theo như bảng điểm benchmark của Basemark ES, thì đây chính là chiếc máy thống trị mới, chiếm vị trí dẫn đầu của Samsung Galaxy Note, do được hỗ trợ bởi một lõi Exynos kép nâng tốc độ lên khoảng 2GHz, và vượt xa lõi tứ Tegra 3 của Asus Transformer Prime. 



Như bạn mong đợi, chiếc Ascend D Quad XL thực sự đã vượt qua chuẩn đồ họa của Nenamark2 3D OpenGL và đánh bại Snapdragon S4 tới gần 7 khung hình trên giây. 


Máy Ascend D Quad XL sẽ ra mắt vào tháng Sáu tới đây được kỳ vọng sẽ có màn hình hiển thị LCD rộng 4,5 inch cho độ phân giải HD 1280 x 720 pixel, pin 2500 mAh và chạy hệ điều hành Android 4.0. Thậm chí, Huawei đã tiết lộ rằng chiếc điện thoại này sẽ có giá thấp hơn từ 20 đến 50% các đối thủ cạnh tranh, nghĩa là khoảng từ 150 USD đến 240 USD theo hợp đồng.
