Theo CGTN đưa tin, ngày hôm qua (2/2), các nhà khoa học ở tỉnh Quảng Châu đã phát hiện dấu vết acid nucleic của virus corona chủng mới (2019-nCoV) trên tay nắm cửa của một bệnh nhân dương tính với bệnh. Đây là thông tin được đưa ra từ Trung tâm Phòng ngừa và Kiểm soát Bệnh dịch ở Quảng Châu, thủ phủ tỉnh Quảng Đông, Trung Quốc.
Ông Zhang Zhoubin, phó chủ nhiệm Trung tâm phòng ngừa và kiểm soát dịch bệnh Quảng Châu, cho biết những khu vực khác dễ lây nhiệm bệnh có thể là điện thoại, bàn phím, công tắc đèn và van nước.

"Trong cuộc điều tra gần đây, chúng tôi tìm thấy virus corona trên tay nắm cửa [ở nhà của một bệnh nhân]. Điều này nhắc nhở chúng ta rằng phải luôn giữ vệ sinh sạch sẽ, và thường xuyên rửa tay," ông Zhang nói.
Cũng theo ông Zhang, mỗi ngày phòng thí nghiệm ở Quảng Châu nhận hơn 600 mẫu xét nghiệm.
"Chúng tôi nhận 660 mẫu vào ngày 2/2, và đó là giới hạn mà chúng tôi có thể xét nghiệm," ông Zhang cho biết và nói thêm cơ quan này đã phải nhờ các bên thứ ba và phòng thí nghiệm bệnh viện nếu số lượng mẫu dịch bệnh tiếp tục tăng.
Các nhà khoa học Trung Quốc cũng đã tìm thấy dấu vết của coronavirus mới trong phân của một số bệnh nhân bị nhiễm bệnh. Đây cũng có thể là một nguồn lây truyền bệnh.
